My passion for travel started at a very young age when I first moved from New York City to Minnesota. At age twelve, I lived in Poitiers, France for a year, being immersed in the culture and attended a regular French school when I first arrived and finished in a class for foreign students, where I met kids from all over of the world. During that year, I traveled to different parts of France, Germany, Belgium and Luxembourg.
Since that time, when I crossed the pond for the very first time, I have traveled to and spent a significant amount of time in 45 European nations and 83 countries around the world including most recently Albania, Botswana, Vietnam, and Cambodia. I have also traveled to all 50 US states and all 10 Canadian provinces including most major metropolitan areas of the United States and Canada. My travels have included river and ocean cruises, self-drives, biking and train travel, an African Safari and many other travel adventures. This allows me to provide insight into the nuances of these experiences and help in deciding what are the best options, being there for you through the whole process. I have over a quarter century of professional travel planning experience to many destinations around the world and while a fair amount of my business is independent European travel to places in eastern and central Europe, Scandinavia and Iceland, my favorite place in the world and a place I have visited 21 times and counting. My portfolio has expanded beyond that to planning adventures to Africa, South America and Asia, as well as domestic destinations here in North America including Canada, Alaska and Hawaii. |

Travel provides an amazing opportunity to learn and as an educator, I truly believe in continuing my education. As such, I regularly attend and participate in many international and domestic trade shows, seminars and meetings which better enables me to keep up on the latest trends. Having been a member of several panel discussions, I have been able to provide insight on destinations, travel styles and how to work with a travel professional. Connecting and re-connecting with tour operators, hoteliers, trade organizations and other travel suppliers and building these relationships and partnerships with the locals, allow me to create more personalized experiences, incorporating the traditions of these destinations.
I started my company in September 2007 and have been a member of the BBB of Minnesota – North Dakota since September 2013. I have built my business on the referrals and recommendations of my valued clientele. Arranging travel adventures is an absolute passion. I love to take the ideas of my clients, provide my recommendations and create amazing travel adventures for them. For me, the molding of these adventures is a puzzle and I thrive on this challenge of putting all the pieces together. I live vicariously through each and every travel adventure I create for my clients, as these creations are living breathing entities. |
